The yesteryears blockbuster Sholay has returned to theatres after almost 29 years since it's release.
In 29 years, Sholay became more than just a film, it's a piece of history which has changed the way movies were made.
And not surprisingly the movie opened to a houseful screening on Friday to an entirely new generation of Sholay fans.
The film was first shown at Mumbai's Minerva theatre on August 15, 1975 and ran house full for more than five years.
In its new digitally re-mastered avatar, this film is still a crowd puller and is running housefull in most of the theatres its playing in.
