Manju Warrior is always going to be the sweetheart of malayalam cinema. But considering that she is no longer acting, I don't believe she is considered an actress. She was. not is. so I have to go with the best upcoming actress. The Unmatched Kavya Madhavan.

she is something wonderful. She just continues to impress with every role. From playing a college student to a married woman with two children. Works very well with Dileep.
