if ur curry has bcome sour
- just had a spoon of jaggery to it...
or else
- u can add thengaaapaal (coconut milk) to it..it shl only enhance the taste of the curry

Killeryeee...Jaggery means Sharkara. ( frenchukaaru parayum chakkara ennu)

Use tissue papers for reheating fried snacks. For example, samosa, vada, kachori, bajji, etc. The paper will absorb the excess oil and moisture and keep the snack crisp. Reheat on high for 1-1 1/2 minute.
