Assumptions taken
On every door
the priest will give the exact amount of what we carry...
and the gate keeper also give the exact amount of oil what we carry...

let x be the amount of oil i am carrying

then calculate in the reveres order

ie in the final door the combined amount should be 1 ...

ie 3x=1
x= 1/3

in the 3 rd door.....

we need (3x-1)=1/3.......

if like that we calculate ...we will get an answer of 0.4938.....

But "the door man and the priest in front of deity" enn paranjappo confusion. I thot either door man or priest. Because sree kovilinte aduth matramalle priest nikkoo.
Appo angane anenkil formula marum. Oro doorinte aduth ethumbolum oil four times akum. Because adyam oralu thannal double akum. Then it gets doubled again. So formula becomes.
4(4(4(4x-1)-1)-1)-1=0
x=85/256=0.3323 litres
