Keerthi Chakra bags in tons

Keerthi Chakra the military saga by Major Ravi is ruling the box office in Malluwood. The film which opened in fifty centres on Thursday is the most hit of the weekend, as film buffs pours in tons.
Many centres in the state are showing more than five shows per day to grab maximum initials before the arrival of Onam biggies.
"We haven't seen anything better in Malayalam action movies. Even though the film has only less dialogues in Malayalam, this never seems barrier in enjoying the film, as the film is a racy thriller" commends many first day viewers.
In many centres where the film was released in a single theatre, due to increasing popular demand the distributors have started showing the flick in a second theatre too. This big budget film is all sure to break even in a month's run, as the queues outside the theatres are increasing as days goes on.

'Keerthichakra' wins in style!

'Keerthichakra' was released last weekend in Kerala and has received a stunning welcome at the box office.
Over the weekend, most of the theatres where the film was released had a hundred percent collections. For a while, Mohanlal was concentrating on playing realistic roles. This time around, he has succeeded in balancing 'realistic performance' with convincing 'heroism' without exaggerating anything.
Mohanlal's performance as Major Mahadevan was received very well by the audience. The film's success at the box office had come as a big relief for its director Major Ravi. Unfortunately, the film's Tamil version, 'Aran', nosedived at the box office.
Mohanlal now eagerly awaits his Onam release, 'Mahasamudhram' next month.
